Attending number of MPs in parliament

is massively falling down and the similar problem is seen when the implementation of important proposals.

 One proposal was called for vote on last 20^th regarding university but out of 225 members 200 members were not present to the parliament. When the referendum was held on ministry of youth affairs, the 24 members of united nation’s party were presented.
