“ Mr Vikineswaran,Chief Minister of North Province, should take an the approval from Governor G.A Santhirasri to make visit India” – Announced Government spokesman, Mr Keheliya Rampukella.
When making official visit, the appropriate steps should be followed. Any of the officers must officially get permission to the senior officers when they are making foreign visits.
Minister Heheliya said that the there is the political system against the officers who make foreign visit without getting approval.
The reporters had questioned to minister that “as Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s call, would Chief Minister Vikineswaran be allowed to visit India”? They made this announcement at a press conference in the department of information yesterday.
However, Heheliya did not point out anything regard whether the government allows Vikineswaran to visit India or not
